Grace at Home No. 371

You never know what the future holds, do you? Just two weeks ago folks were eagerly preparing for St. Patrick's Day, spring weddings, and other festivities. Now most of us are at home, carefully practicing social distancing so that we do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Isn't it wonderful that blogs and social media allow us to keep in touch with one another virtually?

I'm glad you're here today for the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate all the ways we make our homes places of grace. Here are some highlights from last week's party I hope you'll enjoy.

Being homebound may give us extra time to work on projects around the house, so I was really glad to see this tutorial for creating a lovely mantel vignette from Jamie at Anderson + Grant.

If you need spring decorating inspiration, you'll love seeing how Penny from Penny's Vintage Home decorated her sunroom.

Staying at home may provide you with time to work on projects around the house (this is my hope, for sure!). If so, you should check out what Ann from The Apple Street Cottage did in a small bathroom for just $35.

If you need a little help with spring decorating, I think you'll love this beautiful free printable from Allyson at Southern Sunflowers.

Easter's coming up on April 12, and this year we may all be celebrating Easter in our individual homes. So I was glad to see this tutorial for making pretty speckled eggs from Pamela at DIY Vibes.

If you're like me, you're doing lots of deep-cleaning these days, and you'll be glad to see these 15 ways to use rubbing alcohol from Chas at Chas' Crazy Creations.

We're eating every meal at home these days, so I was tickled to get this recipe for homemade pizza dough from Jen at Cincy Shopper.

These days of being stuck at home have demonstrated how much our normal days are filled with hurry. Michele Morin at Living Our Days provides some wisdom about eliminating hurry from our lives.

As for me, I was grateful to write a post for (in)courage, and I would truly appreciate it if you'd take a look!

Thank you to everyone who joined last week's link-up!

Now for today's party! Here at the Grace at Home party, I invite you to link posts about
  • DIY projects
  • decorating
  • recipes
  • hospitality
  • homemaking tips

  • faith
  • self-care
  • soul care
Whatever you do to make your home a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it.  Here's what I ask of you.  Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page.  Please let people know that you've linked up.  No more than three posts per person, please.  Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo.  And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!

  13. Thank you for featuring my speckled eggs! I found out this week that Safari has a glitch with Blogger so all the comments I thought I wrote in the past year, have never shown up on certain blogs. I switched to Chrome and voila! So I wanted to swing back by and give my gratitude!
