Hello my friends! Here we are at the end of October. . . wow!
In case you need some Halloween cheer this year, may I present the cutest little pumpkin I've ever seen?
If I were ever to forget how quickly time flies, my grandson would remind me. It seems that he should still be a tiny newborn.
I'm so glad to welcome you to the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate the ways we make our homes and spheres of influence places of grace. Here are some highlights from last week's party.
If you still need a Halloween costume for someone in your house, check out this DIY LEGO brick costume from Crystal at Crystal and Co. My boys would have loved this!
And if you'd like to do something a bit more grand, Renae from Peacock Ridge Farm shows you how to make a gorgeous flower arrangement for your Thanksgiving table.
If you're like me, you love finding new, easy dinner recipes. Kay from Celebrating Southern Cooking with K helps us out with these Crispy Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs. I want to try these!
But if you're like me, you are also happy to get a new recipe for a sweet treat, and this salted caramel sauce from Nancy C sure looks yummy.
Do you sometimes feel that time is zooming by much too quickly. Julie from Filling the Jars can help you slow down and appreciate each day.
And if you find yourself consumed with worry as you consider all the difficulties that life may bring, Barbara from Stray Thoughts can help you change your "what if" mentality to "even if" thinking.
Thank you to everyone who linked up!
Now for today's party. Here at the Grace at Home party, you can link up any post you've written that demonstrates how you're filling your space with truth, goodness, and beauty. I invite you to link posts about
- DIY projects
- decorating
- recipes
- hospitality
- homemaking tips
- parenting
- marriage
- faith
- self-care
- soul care
Whatever you do to make your home or sphere of influence a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it. Here's what I ask of you. Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page. Please let people know that you've linked up. No more than three posts per person, please. Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo. And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!
