Happy June! Wow—I can hardly believe that 2022 is nearly half over. To say that "time flies" is an understatement.
I hope you had a good Memorial Day weekend. We were excited to talk with our son who is currently deployed with the U.S. Navy. It's always sobering to think of those who served just like our son but never returned home to their families.
I'm so glad to welcome you to the Grace at Home party, where we celebrate all the ways we make our homes places of grace and beauty. Here are some features from last week's party.
Want some fun, lighthearted decor for summertime? Check out this "donut" wall decor Jennifer from Studio 27 made by painting donut pans!
Need a tray for summertime serving? Allyson from Southern Sunflowers shows you how to make your own with some simple paint and decoupage techniques.
Want a special American flag piece to display for summertime? Carol at Bluesky at Home shows you step-by-step how to paint one.
Need some fun summertime ideas for kids or grandkids out of school? Leslie from Lamberts Lately shares a "bucket list" (plus a free printable) with lots of fun suggestions.
Want to do some summertime traveling with your family? Dave and Jamie from PhotoJeepers have great ideas for summer road trips, including suggestions from all over the U.S.
If you're like me, summertime makes you want more crockpot dinner recipes—no need to heat up the kitchen with the oven. Check out this "crack" chicken recipe from Melissa at Blessed Simplicity.
And for a fun summertime treat, I think I'll try these strawberry-banana popsicles from Raquel at Organized Island.

Whatever you do to make your home or sphere of influence a place of grace, I'd like to hear about it. Here's what I ask of you. Please include the permalink to your post, not your blog's home page. Please let people know that you've linked up. No more than three posts per person, please. Note that if you link a post here, you are giving me permission to share your post, including a photo. And visit at least one of the other party participants--that's what really makes it a party!
Thank you so much for the lovely party, Richella. Happy June!
ReplyDeleteThat donut wall is so cute--except it would have me craving donuts all the time. :) Thanks for the reminder about crockpot meals. I usually don't feel like cooking by dinnertime, and we don't like turning on the oven in the summer. The crockpot is the perfect solution.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for featuring my cupcake tray!
